The edition
Same Elexa inside. A card you can only get from Startup School.
Elexa's clear, dotted shell was made to show off what sits behind it. For this run, that's a card printed in Startup School orange and dated for the weekend you spent building in San Francisco.
Power for the long haul
Built for the weeks after the weekend.
Startup School was two days. Building the company takes a lot longer. Elexa is made for the long days, late nights and long flights in between.
8 to 9 phone charges
A 20,000 mAh cell refills most phones eight or nine times before it needs a wall outlet.
Tops up select laptops
USB-C Power Delivery at up to 30W keeps lighter laptops going through a long working session.
An LCD that does the math
See the charge left and how long it will last, so you know whether to plug in before the next meeting.
Three devices at once
Two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. Phone, earbuds and laptop, all off one brick.
Carry-on friendly
About 74 Wh, under the 100 Wh limit most airlines set for batteries in your carry-on.
Built with less impact
Housing made with 100% recycled plastic, carbon neutral, and shipped in packaging made to be used again.
Spec sheet
Everything it can do, on one page.
The hardware is the standard Elexa. Only the card is new.

Who can claim one?
Anyone who attended YC Startup School 2026. It is one per attendee, and claims are checked before anything ships.
What do I need to claim it?
Your name, the email you can be reached at, and the address it should ship to. The form takes about a minute.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes, in your carry-on. At about 74 Wh it sits under the 100 Wh limit most airlines set for spare batteries. Spare power banks are not allowed in checked bags, so keep it with you.
Will it charge my laptop?
It powers select laptops through the main USB-C port at up to 30W. Lighter laptops charge well; a power-hungry machine will drain slower rather than charge fully.
How do I recharge it?
Plug the included cable into USB-C 1, the port that works in both directions. A full recharge takes about 3 to 6 hours, depending on your charger.
Is the card only on this edition?
Yes. The Elexa is designed and made by Rupt, and the clear shell is built to show off a printed card. This card was made for Startup School 2026 and is not sold anywhere else.
